FOR

PARENTS / GUARDIANS

  • Dear client, we are pleased for your interest to choose our agency “Kiddiescare247” to get suitable child care giver for you. Kindly read the Terms and Conditions below to refrain from any confusion, misconception or dispute at any later stage. The agency truly trust that you should read it and understand it completely before enlisting with us.

  • By registering with us, you, the client, solemnly confirm that the information you have provided is correct and updated to the best of your knowledge. By joining the agency and giving out your information, You authorize the agency to share this information with the selected candidates who will provide the child care service for you. You understand that, due to delicate nature of this information, you expect that the agency will not share this information to anyone under any circumstances but if required by law, the agency is bound to provide the information to the authorities if warranted.

  • You understand that the agency works as a match making platform, who matches your requirements against the profiles of the service providers. You will be referred to the service providers by the agency and its you and the service provider who has to decide mutually whether to confirm the hiring or not. Additionally, you also understand that you cannot held the agency responsible if you don’t get the desired kind of candidate or skills in him/her.

  • You understand that in order to provide safety net for both parties (clients & service providers) the agency will collect the agreed payment for actual service from you and will disburse to the service provider after 15 days after deducting the agency fee from the actual agreed payment (Recurring or one time) for the service you will get from the service provider.

  • You will adhere to the agency’s policy framework and rules & regulations completely. You will treat the service provider with due respect and refrain yourself from any violent or threatening behavior (by action, oral or gesture), any unlawful and immoral activity, and house chores. You also understand that working with the children requires extra scrutiny and diligence, and if the service provider commit any mistake deliberately, it's your duty to inform the agency about the incident at first so the agency may review service provider’s membership, may return full or part of my money to you, and may report his/her actions to the authorities (in case of serious offence(s)).

  • During the course of service provision, if any mishap or misunderstanding occurs with the service provider, you will not held the agency responsible in any way. But, if such situation arises it’s your duty to bring the matter into the knowledge of the agency so that agency can take corrective actions for the future.

  • You understand that 3 minor complains or 1 major complain from the service provider against you can result into your membership getting revoked by the agency. Although, you will be given a due chance to clarify things from your side but the agency will have the final say in deciding about your future membership with the agency.
