The agency truly trust that you should read it and understand it completely before enlisting with us.

• You solemnly confirm that the information you have provided to us is correct and updated to the best of your knowledge. By joining the agency and giving out your information, you authorize the agency to carry out any background check both personal and professional as and when required and to share your progress reports with the current or future client(s). You also understand that after joining the agency, your information will be shared with the potential client(s) (parents) of the agency for whom you might work and client(s) have right to conduct any background check on you as well. You solemnly undertake that under any circumstances, you will not discuss or share any information of the client(s), client(s) home, child or anything related to the client(s) in any manner to anyone, the only exception is law enforcement and judicial system.

• You understand that the agency works as a match making platform, who matches the requirements of the client(s) against the profiles of the service provider like you. You will be referred to the client(s) by the agency and the client(s) has to decide whether to hire you or not. Additionally, you also understand that you cannot held the agency responsible for LESS or NO earnings at all.

• You will adhere to the agency’s policy framework and rules & regulations completely. You will provide your services to the client(s) punctually and with due carefulness as agreed between you and the client(s). With the client(s) and the child or children, your attitude will be courteous and polite and under no circumstances you will argue with the client(s) as long as the client(s) is in his/her circles of rights. During the provision of services to the client(s), you will refrain yourself from any violent or threatening behavior (by action, oral or gesture), any unlawful and immoral activity, and uninformed absenteeism. You also understand that working with the children requires extra scrutiny and diligence, and if you make any mistake deliberately, the agency may revoke your membership, may return full or part of your earnings to the client(s), and may report your actions to the authorities (in case of serious offence(s)).

• During the course of service provision, if any mishap or misunderstanding occurs with the client(s), you will not held the agency responsible in any way. But, if such situation arises it’s your duty to bring the matter into the knowledge of the agency so that agency can take corrective actions for the future.

• You understand that 3 minor complains or 1 major complain from the client(s) against you can result into your membership getting revoked by the agency. Although, you will be given a chance to clarify things from your side but the agency will have the final say in deciding about your future membership with the agency.
